RICHMOND -- In a city as saturated with restaurants as Richmond, standing out is tough. Standing out in an industry as male-dominated as the restaurant industry can be even tougher. In the 20 years since opening Ipanema Cafe, Kendra Feather has floated to the top of the Richmond restaurant scene opening six establishments, and accruing an arsenal of awards.
